DomiSys is built with a vision to secure the future of our generations and make operations easier especially for students. We aim to build a centralized and secure system which will help the provincial government in keeping track of all the domicile/prc applications and records with easy and quick verifications, avoiding dual Domiciles/PRC to a single applicant and unnecessary involvement of any third parties or agents.
WamtSol (Private) Limited answered the severe lack of a centralized database in the Domicile/PRC system to keep an efficient record of all mandatory documents securely and efficiently without unnecessary paper load in offices. The lack of digitalization in the domicile system has its severe drawbacks like duplication or manipulation of the documents, single person having multiple Domiciles/PRCs, fake domiciles, increasing paper waste, and slower operations.
To solve this problem, WamtSol (Private) Limited came up with a product ‘DomiSys’ in January 2020 as an efficient, secure, and faster way to process, authorize and print domiciles/PRC. This has solved many legal and environmental problems and provides a centralized and secure database. Which can prevent multiple Domiciles/PRCs issuance to a single person and unauthorized certifications.
Part of what makes DomiSys the perfect solution for domicile digitalization is :
DomiSys is a custom MIS designed and developed to centralize operations and data related to Domicile/PRC applications and authorization. It is a user friendly, fast, and efficient system from data entry to reporting, where the system keeps track of all the users accessing the system at any given time. The system provides a web and mobile interface for easy access.
Serves two purposes; first is to check whether an applicant has brought all the necessary documents that are required for Domicile/PRC, second is to provide information related to the procedure and documents for Domicile/PRC acquisition.
Here the application for DOMICILE/PRC gets initiated. The data entry operator collects the necessary data (NIC, Name, Address, DOB etc. as per Form-P of Domicile Rule 1951 and Form-A of Sindh PRC Rule of 1973), captures a passport size image of the applicant, and saves the data into the system. The applicant receives a countersigned form reflecting all the information that has been entered into the system and is requested to verify and sign the form. Having paid the processing fees to the operator the applicant gets a token/receipt and sent to the scanning counter.
The data entry operator scans all the required documents for the procedure and enters it in the system. The scanned documents are then returned back to the applicant. The applicant can leave now.
After the necessary approvals from the authorities, the application gets to the printing stage where the DOMICILE/PRCs gets printed and is available for self collection or home delivery.
